Operation
The operation of Powerklick products is very simple. More concretely, what we achieve
with the installation of the Powerklick kit is to "confuse" the pressure sensor,
thus changing the voltage at which it works. Thus we achieve a higher pressure which
leads to an increase in torque and the horsepower of the car. This increase is achieved
without any reprogramming or any intervention to the engine ECU.
Installation
The installation of the Powerklick kit is very easy and fast. Each kit is made up
of a board and its wiring. For each car there's a corresponding wiring kit so as
to match the wiring with the ports of the car. What we do is
disconnect the ECU from the pressure sensor and
interface it with the wiring of Powerklick (introduce the Powerklick board between
them).
Guarantee
Powerklick products are accompanied by a three-year guarantee of operation. More
concretely, we guarantee you that if some product installed by us presents any problem,
independently from where that problem arose, we will immediately replace it with
a new unit/kit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: For each car there is only one improvement kit or is
there a choice?
A: For each car exist two different choices and each customer
can choose the kit that suits him more. What changes is the board. We have the "Green"
and the "Red" boards. The "Green" board is programmed from the manufacturer in order
to offer the most optimal performance strategy, i.e. as much increase as possible
in torque and horsepower together and at the same time as much reduction in fuel
consumption as possible.The red board is not programmed and we program it at installation.
A proposed setting exixsts for each car but we can modify/adjust it to fit the customer's
needs.
Q: How is the programming of the "Red" Board performed?
A: In order to program the "Red" board we connect it to
our computer and via the Powerklick application we can we regulate the waveform
of the board depending on what each customer asks for.
Q: Is the "Red" Board programmable only once?
A: The "Red" Board can be proggrammed as frequently as
the customer needs.
Q: Which board offers the bigger increase of torque and
horsepower?
A: Both boards offer the same maximum increase in torque
and horsepower. The difference between the two is the relationship of RPMs to the
increase of torque/horsepower,
Q: Are Powerklick Products only made for diesel engines?
A: At this moment all Powerklick products in Cyprus only
concern diesel engines, but at a later date there might be available petrol engine
kits also.
Q: Are PowerKlick products approved by the EU?
